Is a chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of canine relaxin (RLN) in canine’s serum or plasma. The test can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of early pregnancy.

The serum relaxin level of pregnant dogs at 15 to 30 days of pregnancy is significantly higher than in not pregnant. Relaxin level is peaking at 35 day of pregnancy so it can be used as a helpful marker in detection of early pregnancy in dogs.
